February 24th, Today in Black History:Yvette Wilson

Yvette Wilson started her career in the entertainment business in the ’90s when she lost a bet and had to perform as a stand-up comedian at a friend’s club. Her big break came with Thea, a short-lived sitcom which was cancelled after 18 episodes, nevertheless the show helped push Wilson onto bigger, more important roles.
